While our underlying OS utilizes open-source components under public licenses (GPL), the commercial logos, trade dress, and specific hardware design variations remain the intellectual property of KW Linux Systems LLC.

3. Disclaimers & Risk Assumed

KW Linux Systems LLC produces structural storage devices and hardened micro-firmware. We are completely excluded from any liability regarding financial asset losses stemming from user mismanagement of cryptographic keys, seed phrases, or software PINs.
